Delivery Information Delivery Address and Contact Details: When placing an order with us, we require a physical street address. To assist us in processing your order, please also provide your contact telephone number. Please note that an authorised signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods, and that photo identification may be requested.
Delivery Charges Delivery charges are calculated automatically during check out based on the delivery postcode and the weight of the consignment. The weight of the consignment is calculated as being the greater of either the dead weight or the cubic weight. All consignments are insured to a value of $2000, if the order exceeds this amount, please contact us and we can provide a quote for further cover.
Delivery Times For delivery to major centres please allow from 2 - 8 working days from the date of payment clearance, for delivery to remote or rural areas, please allow an additional 1-2 days. While Electron Flow endeavours to keep delivery times to a minimum, some items may not always be available for shipping at the time of ordering, this can affect delivery times.
