Coupled with the customer satisfaction results we have also tabled administrative back office task return response times and ease of doing business with the organisation engaged. Commencing year 2008 those organisations who have achieved a high customer focus score will be offered the chance to participate in national service contracts and business development programs as an extension on their current commitment.
